Use the 10 years test.

For 20 minutes a day, take a step back from whatever you’re doing and stop.

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Let all the feelings come to you. For me, it can often be feelings of stress, anxiety, or frustration.

And recognize that’s perfectly normal! We’re all human after all.

The question is, how do you face and accept those feeling and get yourself back on track?

Use the 10 years test.

Ask yourself, with whatever is currently occupying your mind, will it matter in 10 minutes? 10 hours? 10 days? 10 years?

Chances are, 99% of the time, whatever you’re concerned about won’t matter in 10 years.

If that’s the case, learn to face it, accept it, and let it go if you can’t change the outcome.

Your life will be better for it.
