There’s never a great way to apologize … just OK ways and plenty of not so OK ways.
When you make an accidental mistake with a customer, your primal response is to immediately say ‘I’m sorry. That’s OK. What’s not OK is to say ‘we apologize for any inconveniences we may have caused”.
Mistakes happen.

Don’t BS people … just say ‘I’m sorry. And mean it.
